What Is MM2H?
Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) is a long-stay visa programme that lets eligible foreigners live in Malaysia on a renewable multiple-entry visa. It comes in four tiers — Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Special Economic/Financial Zone (SEFZ) — each with different financial requirements and pass durations.

The Special Economic/Financial Zone tier applies specifically to designated zones in Malaysia (such as the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone). If you are looking to settle in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, or other major cities, the Silver, Gold, or Platinum tiers are more likely to apply to your situation.
All tiers require participants to purchase and own a residential property in Malaysia and to reside in Malaysia for at least 90 cumulative days per year.

Agent fees for MM2H facilitation are fixed by the Malaysian government under the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Order 2024: RM 70,000 (Platinum), RM 55,000 (Gold), RM 40,000 (Silver and SEFZ).
